I am a retired bank official, aged about 56 years and residing in 2nd cross, Subbanna Layout, Harinagar Cross, Behind Ramya Bar, Anjanapura Post, Bangalore. Of late, my neighbour ( opposite to my house ), Mr.Swaminathan's wife and her daughter (Shwetha) have been creating nuisance on the street in the night between 8.30 to 10.00 PM. They are bringing Shwetha's daughter on to the road for feeding in the night and start playing with loud noise. Many times I informed them about the nuisance and noise they are creating and requested them not to create noise as it is causing lot of inconvenience to me. Along with their daughter they bring another neighbour's daughters and start shouting and playing during night time 9 to 10 PM. I am almost a SENIOR CITIZEN and suffering regular and daily (chronic ) Migraine headache and due to this I try to go to bed by 9 PM. Their shouting and playing on the streets in the night during that time and especially in front of my house has really causing me lot of problem in getting peaceful rest. Inspite of repeated requests, they are adamant and abuse me with words like, " Go to Forest and Live", " It is road and we do whatever we want ", etc. When I objected to this strongly they strongly protested and threatened me with dire consequences if I come in their way. Yesterday also i.2., 21/01/2014 at about 9 PM they started their usual shouting and playing with children on the road in front of my house, intentionally creating inconvenience for me and when I objected they shouted at me with abusive language that "it is not your father's property and we do whatever we want" and also threatened me with consequences. HENCE, I REQUEST THE CONCERNED POLICE STATION OFFICER to look into this and warn these people so that they stop doing such nonsense during night times.
