Dear Sir,
I have applied for pan card on 27th November,12 online to NSDL and also made payment online for faster processing of my pan so that I can get it as soon as possible. I couriered the documents on 27th only through DTDC by paying high priority charges so it was delivered on 29th November. I had to provide copy of Driving Licence as ID proof and copy of bank statement as Address proof but by mistake I could not put address proof in the envelope and courier was delivered so I wrote so many mails to NSDL for helping me that what should I do but not got any reply. After discussion with a Customer Care Executive of NSDL I sent scanned copy of my address proof through mail to NSDL on 1st December,12 for processing and asked for confirmation but till now I have not got any reply and whenever I am checking status it is still in NSDL so when they will send to Income Tax Department. Then I contacted Customer Care Executive of NSDL today i.e. on 6th December,12 they are telling that address of Driving Licence is not matching with the address mentioned in application as it is obvious so I opted for different address proof in my application. I just want to request you to look into the matter that what NSDL is doing if I will consider from 27th November,12 it is almost 10 days and if I will take 1st December then it is 6th day but till now they have not included my address proof and telling that it is in transit now but I want to inform officers and executives of NSDL that if we use mail systems then it does not take more than 2 minutes to reach you so it shows that NSDL is not checking their e mails daily and if they are checking they are least bothered to take action on that. So I request Income Tax Department and NSDL to work normally for the persons and should think to listen to their requests also. I have need of pan number on urgent basis so I request you to process my application as soon as possible. Moreover somebody will think that it is just 6 days of sending full documents but I want to state that after NSDL documents is forwarded to ITD which takes time of 7 to 8 days for pan allotment so when NSDL will send. I request you to act fast.

NOTE...I have sent 13 mails to update the documents to tininfo@nsdl.co.in and other mail ids but no progress so just see to it that who is the person who checks the mails and why he is not responding or forwarding my documents for processing please help me on this and also tighten the employees of NSDL so that they can work in efficient way which is not being observed by persons like me.
