AQUA PURE - not satisfied your service which is under AMC, telepone call is not attended

Sir,
I had entered AMC with the above company for service and replacement for 1 year from 05-10-2011 upto 04-10-2012.
An amount of Rs.2500/- paid towards AMC on 05.10.2011. Now the system is to be attended immediately. They are not attending the complaint calls. they are not answering the mobile call. this create stress and agony and lot of trouble in using the water for consuming.
I teleponed on 8.06.2012, 9.06.2012, 10th, 11th 12, 13 and today.
Complainant's Goal: telepone to be attended and fault to be attended with priority basis
Complainant's Target: AQUA PURE
