Lava Mobile Company - Not satisfied with mobile as well as teh poor services

I have bought a LAVA B5 mobile 3 months back..from the intial period itself it has been slow.... Last month it suddenly switched off and was not working from the and on 27-12-2010 i gave to the sevice centre...Arihant ,Shop No2,Sao Plaza, Pimpiri.Pune.

But since then I am not getting any feedback from then, neither they are not responding to my calls and not at all giving any updates about the problem.

This is not just a single person issue..A lot of guys who find themself cheated after buying a LAVA mobile...Can any one please provide what I have to do next.

Complainant's Goal: I want to get my mobile corrected or relace,,And also want to warn others users
