Dear Sir
I purchased one pair of article 8416881 EITAN on dated 25/10/2011 from govind nagar showroom , kanpur (U.P) (Ph. no. 0512-3929308) vide cash memo no. 25/10/11/1/0009.
On using hardly one month the sole become (both one) damaged. I complained this matter to the showroom on dated 27/11/2011 and handover the defective shoes to manager and he told to come after one week .
On visiting dated 06/12/2011, I was surprised that the sole was repaired by adhesive.The showroom person told to use it until it again become defective.
This means that company is waiting for an injury to my feet for next repairing.
As per claim policy and definition of major manufacturing defect- footwear - Broken/Damaged sole or inside company is supposed to do 100% replacement .
If this is the policy then why i'm told to use the repaired shoes where the sole plays an integral part.

After this complain I contacted the Retail Outlet again and inquired the status of my complain (Bata India do not bothered to call me ) and told to exchange with new one at par price or higher as per terms and condtions of warranty [policy].
