Indane Gas Complaint: Not refilling the cylinder till three months everytime
Complaint on M/S Nangloi Gas Service, K-2, Adhyapak Nagar, Nangloi, Delhi-110041 (Code No. 9107239)

Dear Sir, My consumer number is NGT-9359. I am a consumer of the above-mentioned gas agency. Every booking when I book my cylinder on telephone, they dont book the cylinder.

When I go to the agency and ask why they dont book my cylinder, they use filthy language against me. This time I went to the agency on 14-05-2011 and booked the cylinder on my consumer card (booking number is 40895089), but still I have not received my cylinder. I am a senior citizen and I cant bear this problem. If no action is taken on this agency, then I have to go to the consumer court.
