I have deposited my payment to them in June 2012 but still there is no reply from there side about the tablet.
I just want to have my tablet nothing more.
please help me on the same.

I had made advance payment for Rs. 2999/- on 16 January 2012 for UbiSlate7+ vide booking ID PM1311C. Again, I made additional online payment (Rs. 500 + Rs. 200 for dispatch = Rs. 700) on 18.2.2013 for UbiSlate7Ci. It has been more than one year after making the payment but the device is still awaited.
It was informed on 11 January 2013 that I will get device within 1 week. Again it was informed on 23 January 2013 that my order is already in process and soon they will provide me dispatching details. Also, there have been five times phone calls from a female representative of Datawind -
(1) Phone call from ********8500 on 15.12.2012 – It was assured that the product will be supplied within 10 days.
(2) Phone call from ********8506 on 23.1.2013 – It was informed that the device is being sent through First Flight courier.
(3) Phone call from ********8519 on 31.1.2013 – It was assured that the device will be dispatched by today (31.1.2013) evening.
(4) Three phone calls from ********8529 on 18.2.2013 from two representatives of Datawind – I was assured for immediate supply of device after making an additional online payment of Rs. 500 for UbiSlate7Ci. Accordingly, I made additional online payment (Rs. 500 + Rs. 200 for dispatch = Rs. 700) on 18.2.2013 for UbiSlate7Ci.
(5) Phone call from ********8524 on 27.2.2013 from a representative of Datawind – It was informed that the device is being dispatched today (27.2.2013).
Inspite of all the above assurances from Datawind, I have not received UbiSlate7Ci till now.
