ZEE HOLIDAYS WORLD - Not Providing refund for the payment made to ZEE HOLIDAYS WORLD

I have made payment to ZEE WORLD HOLIDAYS through ICICI Bank credit card on 30th June 14 and 11th July 14 of Rs. 5750/- each hence total amount of Rs. 11500/-.
Enclosed are the ICICI bank credit card statement for ready reference.

Also, find the attached membership agreement from ZEE WORLD HOLIDAYS.

ZEE WORLD HOLIDAYS had been repetitively failed in providing committed service and holiday booking confirmation hence I asked to refund the complete amount of Rs. 11500/- which is agreed by ZEE holidays and confirmation mail also attached.

But, now ZEE HOLIDAYS representatives are not responding over mails and phone calls.
