When I received the item I found that it was not as in describe in product image it is very bad quality, delicate products , It is like cheating to online customer , I received is not as per price and it is bad quality product. As there has been a breach of contract and cheating and misrepresentation I am entitled to a refund of the sum I paid.
I believe you will process a refund and that shopclues.com will make arrangements for the item to be reverse pick up and don’t compel me to approach other method.


I have already written to them that I am value, loyal and devoted customer of shopclues.com but I was greatly upset with the last product that I purchased from shopclues.com. While I have maintained a healthy business relationship with the company, it is now extremely strained as a result of this latest product, which I think you will agree is not up to your regular standards.
I do not like complaining about things at all, but something definitely had to be said in this situation because if this level of quality continues, I will no longer be able to continue this relationship. I can also speak for other people who have recently conducted business with you, as they have not been happy with their recent business dealings either.
The fact of the matter is that your company is beginning to slip and, therefore, something needs to be done about it. I don't know the specifics of what is going on behind the scenes there, but something definitely needs to change internally within shopclues.com if they wanttheir customers happy.
While I wish to stay loyal to their products, as I have done throughout the years, they need to understand that I expect a certain quality in return for my money and you are no longer providing this for me. I have purchased more than 33 products from them , it is not the service I expect from them. By simply refusing to return they cann’t slip away. This case will goes on till I satisfied from their side.
