In the month of August, I purchased one sewing machine vide Order No. 100002152...dated 01-08-2012; After rigorous follow-ups I got the product on 24-08-2012 but faulty; The next day I complained about that... Regularly sending them so many reminders also never got any proper response. and the product has not been replaced... There is no where any address or phone no. of Bhaap.com... !! This is my first purchase and been cheated due to their very poor service.... !!! I just need the replacement at the earliest...

I ordered camera case and tripod on July 10th.even after writing them for so many times I have not received my order yet.I am very un satisfied and feel.cheated at the same time.
Order no:100001789.very bad srvice and there r no contact details.I need my product or money back.
