Respected madam/sir,

My self kadruddin khan and i stay in umbergaon gujarat and i have current account 11101020001***7 in axis bank in vapi (gujarat)branch because of certain reasion my debit card stop working thats why i went to a nearest axis bank branch which is in umbergaon (gujarat) and i have made compalint about this issue at that time they said this card is not operating sir you have to issue a new card and this enitire process will take 15 to 20 days to get a new debit card and i said its ok you can please issue a new card but please issue as son as possible because this is my current account my entire business depend on this current only and after 20 days i did not get card than again i went to umbergaon axis bank branch than they said because of certain reasion our system reject our application form thats why we have to again fill a form and have to summit a form than also i accept it and ready to refilup the form and again i wait for 20 days than also i did not recived debit card and i keep going to umbergaon branch and keep compaling for this issue from last 4 month.
my entire business is depend on this account from last 4 month i have facing a lot problem because of this i cant understand what to do either i should do my business or keep going to branch to complain about this issue trust me literally from last 4 month i feal like i am begging form u to just issue my debit card and now i cant understand what to do wher to go.
sorry to say but aisa ghatiya service koi bank nai deta hai jaisa axis bank deta h aisa feal ho rha hai ki mai free mai debit card mang raha hu pichale 10 ya 12 sal se mai ye account se business chala rha hu and each and every month and year ap hum se service charge lete ho i cant undersatnd kis chiz ka service charge lete ho ap
muje samaj nai aaraha hai ki koi kaise 4 mahine mai bi debit card jaise chota problem nai solve kr sakta h
and my family and relative have total 6 to 7 account in axis bank branch and trust me within in one month mai sab account close karaunga and how ever mai koi bank mai new account open karaung this decision i have not taken your bank and umbergaon branch employess force me to take this decision
