bsnl mobile - not get the security money of post paid mobile connection

i had a bsnl post paid connection (********23) which converted into prepaid connection on my request on date 22s-sep-2010 . my sequrity money of rs 500 and adujustment money is still due. we try to contact so many times but they didnt responce us. so please sort out my issue with my loss.
