Am traveling regularly between Kottayam and Bangalore for business purposes. the tragedy i face is that none of the enquiry counters will pick their phones up while we call . Some times we may come and wait for hours. some time the train may come at correct time.Kindly help. Usually i don't believe that the complaints will be addressed and common man will get a help.
Complainant's Goal: I just want the enquiry desk to handle the calls that coming in their phones
