Dear Team,
we are facing problem with junctionholidays.com, they are never responding regarding below case,
last 17 Nov 2017, we have trying to top-up our Account by Netbanking, unfortunately Amount (4,200+30.00=4,230.00) Deduct from our Bank but not credit in our Account (JH39054), as per telecommunication with your team, that amount will revise in our Bank within 7-10Days, today min 54days goes, but still not revise that amount, we are sure to credit in your account but why you are not credit in our Ac (JH39054)

finally we contact to Online payment gateways, they inform us already payment credit to Junction Tour and Travels as below proof.

We have checked the status of the given transaction and found that it is marked as success and the payment for the same has been sent to Junction Tour and Travels Collection on 20.11.2017.
