Respcted Sir,
i have given 1 months notice to deccan water treatment pvt. Ltd. on 1 Aug 2012. ( As I proposed to shift my Res to Sangavi). However Top management of the company had a meeting with me in the last week of sept. In which they offered me 1) to come half hr late 2) To come for 4 days in a week 3) Use Company car for coming to office. However I politely denied all facilities, as it was not not possible to me to travel for 2 hrs ( i.e. also in peak hrs). Secondly i do not have driving licence for 4 wheeler.
Then the MD Mr. Sarkar, In the presence of Surjeet arora & Manoj Khadelwal asked me to work from home, to which i could not deny.
Subsequently i mailed to HR & MD about the service conditions & Pay. to which I did not received written reply, However in face to face meeting with MD, He told me that the Pay & service condition shall remain same.
So I started to work from. However due to differences with Mr. Manoj Khanelwal, I chose to quit the Job. I sent mail to that effect. In reply HR dept told me that my resignation has been sanctioned with effect from 22 sept.
However even though i worked for this period, the company is neither denying nor paying the salary. Due which I have to face lot of hardship.
