Respected Sir,

I am regular buyer of milk for the past 3 years in avin Milk Booth (P/771 - Thiruvalluvar Salai, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai).
Since mid 2013, the owner of the above said milk booth is not ready to give milk for the customers like me. Instead he is noticed in involving selling milk packets to the retails shops in bulk number.

I myself encountered with him refusing milk, but giving a big gunny bag of milk packets to the near by shop keeper (whom I personally know). If I want, I have to go and buy milk from the retail shop for higer price.
This is happening for almost past 1 year. Also many other regaular customers are also facing the same.

Even if I go as early as 6.00 AM, his answers remains the same, despite large number of milk trays full of milk packets lying on the platform right in front of my eyes.

Today morning (Sunday, 7th June, 2014 - 7.50 AM), I approached the milk booth, but the owner initially refused telling that there is no milk availability and the supply has been limited. But there were more than 50 Aavin milk trays with milk kept in front of the shop. When I asked, what are these, he said customers can complaint to anywhere possible regarding non issuance of milk.

Since there is no other milk booth available near this locality, requesting you to take necessary step, regarding proper issuance of milk to the customers.
