dear Sir/Mam

it feels me very ashamed that i booked a vehicle from your dealer shuhul automobiles jammu on 22nd march 2016. i was being assured that the vehicle will be delivered within 20 to 30 days but till date there is no delivery of the vehicle yet. on repeated telephones the officials and managers of the shuhul automobiles even dont pick up the phones now, even though yesterday 16 vehicles arrived at the show room and in our presence and even though we were not even contacted for the delivery. i feel now better to go to the court as the staff members dodge me every time. please make the delivery sure within five days or face the worst consequences thereafter.
