indiatimes shopping - Non Delivery of Product and Wrong Commitment

Dear Concern,
I have booked a mobile from Indiatimes Shopping karbonn-titanium-s19-white with worth of Rs. 8280/- with order no. 3003458074 and the expected delivery date was on 29-08-2014 (thereafter it has been modified it to 30/082014).
I have talked to Indiatimes shopping customer care, but they are committing any expected delivery date.
On there website, Fedex tracking number was there (Fedex Tracking No. ********1607 ). According to fedex (When I talked to them), they has lost the product.
Now, I want my order cancellation with my money back and a claim amount of Rs, 10000/-
Complainant's Goal: Cancel the order or Deliver the product on time
