HELLO,
I HAD ORDERED A ROUND NECK TSHIRT AND CUSTOMIZED IT ONLINE USING THE ONLINE CUSTOMIZATION FACILITY BY PRINTAVENUE. I PLACED THE ORDER AS ON 2nd APRIL 2014. AND I RECEIVED A TECT MESSAGE ON MY PHONE AND AN EMAIL STATING THT THE GOODS HAVE BEEN DISPATCHED AS ON APRIL 7TH 2014. MY ADDRESS WAS GIVEN ON THE SHIPMENT CONFIRMTAION MAIL SENT BY PRINT AVENUE.
Order No.: 3413-8964-4860 AND SHIPPED VIA INDIA POST AWB NO-ED2********IN (AS SENT BY THEM). NOW WHEN I TRY TO TRACK MY SHIPMENT IT SHOWS DELIVERED TO SOME OTHER ADDRESS AND RECEIVED BY SOME OTHER PERSON. IN ADDITION THE INDIA POST AWB NUMBER SHOWS THAT THE ITEM WAS BOOKED ON 31ST MARCH (EVEN BEFORE I PLACED MY ORDER, THEY BOOKED MY ORDER) NOW IS IT POSSIBLE?. THE TOTAL AMOUNT I SPENT ON THE CONSIGNMENT IS RS 674. I WANT PRINAVENUE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS AS THIS IS SHEER IRRESPONSIBILITY AND CHEATING. HOW CAN THE ORDER BE BOOKED EVEN BEFORE I PLACE AN ORDER ? I PLACED AND ORDER ON 2ND APRIL AND THE INDIA POST PEOPLE BOOKED IT ON 31ST MARCH. NOW EITHER PRINAVENUE HAS SENT ME THE WRONG CONSIGNMENT TRACKING NUMBER OR THEY HAVE NOT AT ALL SHIPPED THE ITEM AFTER THEY RECEIVED PAYMENT. IF THIS MATTER IS NOT RESOLVED ASAP STRICT ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST PRINTAVENUE.
