24x7fresh.in - Non Delivery of orders despite Advanced Payment

I had placed two Orders on 24x7fresh.in on 20 Feb 2016 for daily supply of milk commencing from 01 Mar 2016.
the Details are as given below
1. #200001724 Placed on February 20, 2016 8:20:10 PM IST for Rs 1159.20
2. #200001721Placed on February 20, 2016 7:44:23 PM IST for Rs 1539.00
The supply of milk has not been commenced. Neither has the company responded to my complaint. The payment was made through PayUMoney. even their response is not appropriate being mere assurances for the past 15 days.
Complainant's Goal: To get the service or to get refund with penalty to the company
