Greetings!

I ordered medicine (Velpanat Tablet) for 2 months. Each bottle has 28 tablets and costs around 12K per bottle. Hence I searched for competitive price in India Mart website where I got different vendor with low quote. I approached Apex Labs Pharma Ltd, Chennai through mail, they offered 5.5K / box +1 k for courier charges.

They asked me to transfer the amount by using netbanking to dispatch the medicine by courier. I made the payment through netbanking.

They confirmed me that it will be delivered within 3 days. Till today, I have not received medicine as well as money

May I request your kind help to intervene get the money back. Do let me know if you have any further queries for me in this regard.
