I had ordered (No. 10301510) Micromax Ninja A56 from www.timtara.com on 04-08-2012 & payment of Rs 4950/- has been already done by SBI Debit card on the date of order.I had given delivery period of 3 weeks by timtara.com. After taking continues follow-up on ph 0135-305150, 01356670700, customer care executive told me sorry sir we trying to deliver your product as soon as possible but, when I ask them fix time and date when they delivered product they told me I don’t know sir
Then I was trying to cancel my product when I call timtara call center customer care executive toll me sir your product cancel within 24 hours but they didn’t cancel my product from last 45 days. They always saying sir your product cancel within 24 hours. Now I ask to timtara customer care executive when you cancel my product and refund my money they say I don’t know sir it’s is not in our hand it’s depend on backend team
