My nokia lumia 620 has a touch screen problem and my cell is been sent to company thrice and still i am facing the same issue.Last time i was told that my cell is being replaced but they repared my cell and still i am facing the same problem.My cell was not with me for approximately one and half month.These are all the job-sheet nos:********7|131106|12,********7|130409|8,********7|130826|9,********7|131026|10 and ********7|131214|5.
I have provided them with videos of problems which my device is facing.Again they are asking me to submit my cell so that they can repair.Why should i submit my cell again for same problem again???This would be forth time. I want my cash back.Thank you
