NOISE POLLUTION AND TRAFFIC JAMS – POLICE WIRELESS HQ, RIPON STREET

1. Police vehicle sirens are tested every now and then during the day as well as in the night
2. A blaring mike shouts out for drivers, vehicles and to call personnel etc all through the night and day.
3. Police trucks and buses when parking are banged upon as well as men shouting to give instructions.

This is indeed disturbing and this noise pollution needs to be checked immediately befitting a civilized society wherein all types of activities coexist.
It is the lawmakers who should lead the way and mark a precedent and we await positive directions in this regard.

And now Police jeeps, ambassador cars, vans, trucks, buses cause daily jams starting from early morning (6 -10 am), then (1-4 pm) and ending late night (7-11 pm)
