Tanishq a TATA product - No Tax Invoice is issued by Tanishq in spite of payment of VAT

Tanishaq, North usman road, chennai failed to issue tax invoice on 2 occassions, the bill details are URB/CM/9941 dated 11.02.2010 and URB/CM/17867 dated 31.12.2010 total bill value Rs.93, 933/- and Rs.2, 54, 659/-. Tanishaq, Dickson Road, Bangalore also failed to issue tax invoice under bill ref TBO/CM/10639 dated 14.11.2010 for Rs.20, 124/-.
The company admitted the error and said that the above mentioned bills are tax invoice in spite the fact that TAX INVOICE is not mentioned on the invoice. The Company may evading VAT.
The company also imposing unfair deduction while we return gold coins purchased from them. The deduction is not explained verbally neither mentioned on the back side of bill however the company is taking undue advantage by imposing unfair trade practices.

Complainant's Goal: Create awareness and push the compant to stop such practices.
