I L J RAJAGOPALAN, A B O NO.7494279, TRYING TO GET MY LOST PASSWORD FOR TWO DAYS. NO RESPONSE IN THIS MATTER. I TRIED THE TOLL FREE NO.1********89 AND GETTING A REPLY THAT \" YOU WERE TRIED TIMES THAN YOU ALLOWED\". I TRIED THE LOCAL NUMBER 044-42255522 AFTER WAITING SEVERAL MINUTES WITH A RECORDED REPLY\" OUR OFFICERS\' WERE BUSY, PLEASE WAIT.\"

HOW CAN I TRUST THIS COMPANY. WITH OUR EFFORTS AND ENERGY THEY ARE EATING, FLYING, LAVISHLY SPENDING. BUT...... NOT RESPONDING.

I support this complaint. I too am having terrible experience with Amway customer care and product delivery system. I placed an order ( Amway order no. 49757111, ABO No. 7508110) worth Rs. 4000 on 18th September 2010 and called them atleast thrice when I did not recieve my products. Yet even till today, 18th Oct 2010, I havent received any products!! They claim 3 days and dont deliver till 30 days ! Is anyone listening ??
