To the Concerned Railway Authorities at Yeswantpur Railway Station.


I would like to bring to the notice of the concerned railway authorites at Yesvantpur Railway Station that there are No Platform Ticket Vending Machines at the Yesvantpur Railway Station. Due to this people visiting the station are put through severe inconvenience. One has to stand in long queues for hours together to get a platform ticket wasting so much of time. Also, this subjects the visitors to undue harassment at the hands of hawkers and thieves at the station. Bangalore being the IT City lacks such basic infrastructure.
I believe that this is not the first complaint being registered in this regard. So, I request the concerned authorities to please to look into this matter and resolve this at the earliest.
