South Western Railway - No lights in the coaches

Daily I travel from Byappanahalli to bangalore city by boarding Chickabalapura train. While boarding the train in byappanahalli it turns dark (17:45 Hrs) during the month October to February. The passengers feel uncomfortable during travel, because the lights are not switched "ON".
I request the authorities to look into the issue and do the needful the during the above said period.
