support officer very harsh during online service
although instructed given and is said to be noted by operated its not so
they never keep record of chat for orders that has already been paid for
they find its normal that you have lost your time shopping with them....... and now you have to look for your product elsewhere
Complainant's Goal: To make other online buyers beware of this site for them not to order from them
