We have a Whirlpool washing machine which is not working and we have been trying to get it repaired for almost 3 weeks now (C.No. DL1010000941).

There is no customer service at Whirlpool. we had filed a complaint on 4th Oct, 2010. The washing machine is covered under their AMC, and we were told by the Field rep that he is not able to diagnose the problem and needs to take the machine to factory. Since then we have called multiple times but no one has come to pick up the machine. Every day we are told that someone will call us in the next 2 hrs.

We had similar problems with them last year. It took us almost 3 weeks then to get it repaired.
