ngpay - NGPay Could not cancel and refund IRCTC Ticket

NGPay + IRCTC can be most problematic online transaction if it's failed or the ticket need to be cancelled at ngpay ... my personal experience is with a ticket PNR No: ********80 ... ngpay could not refund the money even after many followups through care@ngpay.com ... and ngpay's 24X7 toll-free number 1-800-2-666-555 is never reachable. I am very upset on NGpay about these matters. My recent email to ngpay on this regard is as follows -

Dear Sir / Madam,

Please let me know the cancellation status of the attached IRCTC ticket, which was booked from NGPay and requested to cancel later on sufficiently before the journey date. I didn't get any refund for this ticket till date.
