Dear sirs

I gifted to my daughter the above mentioned Lenova model A600e dual sim ( cdma&gsm) purchased on 28/12/13. For Rs. 10000. From reliance store - nisa network # 11/2, G-3, pentagon , mosque road.frazer town.Bangalore . Receipt no. 8252 dtone. 28/12/2013.

The above mentioned Lenova model A600e dual sim cdma gsm phone hung up and was not coming on today 12/02.

I was asked to take the set to service centre hcl Bangalore which i did today. 12/02/2014. First the service rep. Told he will rectify in half an hour which he couldn't . He called back today evening to confirm the mother board needs to be changed and it will take a week to ten days.

I am totally embarrassed now and feel this was a defective set sold to me. I would like a replacement with a new set immediately as i am not confident that repairing and changing mother board etc will give me trouble free service.

I would request that this issue is taken up with the manufacturer and replace me with a new set.
