I have lodged various complaints for MTNL Landline No. 27943793 during the last 10-12 days but no resolution is provided so far.
Whenever I tried to know the satatus of previous complaint I was awarded with a new complaint Number.

Due to little accident at home MTNL instrument at my home was damaged on 1/12/2011.
Regarding this I haa lodged various complaint on your complaint No. 27942198 and recived following complaint numbers everytime.

Complaint No.1066(dated 5/12/2011)
Complaint No.973 (dated 8/12/2011)
Complaint No. 495 ( dated 11/12/2011)

Other than the above complaints I had given application to your lineman named Mr. Mishri Lal for Issuing an Instrument having caller ID facility in it on 3/12/2011.
For the last 12 days I am still waiting for a telephone Instument to be provided to me ..

Please let me know if you cannot provide landline telephone Instrument (having caller ID facility) than in such a case I am very much Interested to close MTNL landing No. 27943793 ASAP.
