Working - NEW CBR techinical issue Ends up to accident

Hi

With lot of dreams to buy a bike....and much passionate about Honda....i decided to buy an Honda CBR150 R

The money which i had saved from my job....i trusted on Honda and purchased a new bike from Muthoot Honda on 21/8/2012

After my first service i faced this kind of issues

Issue 1

While i will change the gear from 2 ND to neutral vehicle will be in neutral gear but i will no show the green color
indicator...

Issue--2

While i will change the gear from top to down may be it will be from 6th or 5th directly gear will shift to neutral(interment)

issue --3
While i will switch on the vehicle with ignition key....meter display will not indicating....again i had to turn the key to on off for getting ignition on





Accident happen ---

Last Monday i was traveling with my family to a temple...suddenly i was forced to change the gear to down due to one person trespassed on the road...
once i changed the gear from 5th, vehicle gone directly to neutral and i was unable to control the speed ( 55 KM/Hr)of the vehicle ...i had put a sudden break and there was a break failure for that vehicle on that time..
Me with the vehicle hit that person ...and three of us got hospitalized...now the victim is asking us a compensation of 40000 rs from us...even i was in bed rest for this last one week ...and i was unable to go for my work...


Now i decided go legally for the justices,because the accident happen due to technical failure .....even now i cant trust that Honda because have this much - ve




Even now i was instructed by doctor not to ride the bike and unable to take my bile to the service station...


Waiting for a feed back for next action from honda.....

yea there are doing follow up regarding the issue and today vechile taken for High level service.....
