To bring to your notice that I had filed complaints of planned downtime 1 year back of vodafone network with Vodafone Franchise Centre Near Raheja Arcade 7th Block Koramangala.

The complaints had neither been attended nor being being entertained due to which I suffered with my mental strain.

Every time when I go to this centre, they promised or assured but the problem have never been rectified or attended to.
