nokia care - my nokia 2730 stopped functioning due to its mechanical problem before waranty

sir,last year in november i bought nokia 2730 mobile from pathankot and after 5 months it stopped working, i went to nokia care dharamshala , they told me its mechanical is gone and it won't work anymore. sir, its more than three months ,i went to other nokia care centre but they were also with same reply.
sir, please do as soon as possible,otherwise my money would go in vain.
Complainant's Goal: either replace my mobile or repair it
