My data card services for 3G connection have been suspended without my knowledge and despite making full payment of what is asked by the IDEA company. despite persistent requests from my side and assurances from IDEA officials, there has been no positive outcome. I understand that due to ban imposed by the authorities on IDEA for 3G service, the company has selected a few customers to convert their 3G services to 2G service and if there is no resistance from ignorant customers to continue in this fashion.

this is nothing but systematic fraud and cheating which is unpardonable for such a reputed company.

i will wait for a few days and if nothing happens, i wish to go upto the highest level of officials of the company none other than Mr. Kumarmangalam Birla and wish o exposre the incident to media.

i hope and pray that wisdom will prevail and the executives will respond to my complaint withot any further loss of time and correct the wrong doing.
