Airtel Mobile AP - MY AIRTEL NUMBER 9000522211 DEACTIVATED WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION

I had a premium number ********11 in Hyderabad AP. I converted it into post paid some time ago. After conversion I got life time recharge done on the number. Due to some personal reason I was not able to use the number for some time (may be 2 or 3 months). On 24th August when I tried to use the number SIM was not getting rejected. When I called Customer care they said your number is disconnected due to non usage and released in market so It cannot be retrieved. Customer Service representative was very rude on phone and his language was "YOU SAID FROM YOUR MOUTH YOU HAVE NOT USED PHONE FOR 2 MONTHS SO IT WAS DISCONNECTED" What kind of language is this?

My number was disconnected without informing me. I have my alternate phone number and email address associated with number. Have raised complaints in past have communicated with nodal officer in past using my associated email then also I was not informed. It is very irresponsible behavior.

When I wrote email to nodal officer this is what they say:

IS IT THAT I HAD FANCY NUMBER SO MY NUMBER WAS DISCONNECTED DUE TO NON USAGE? I GOT STRAIGHT REPLY FANCY NUMBER CHARGES ARE APPLICABLE.

When I informed them that how can you disconnect number effective future date they sent me another reply:

Kindly ignore the previous Email sent from us.

As per our records, your mobile number ********11 has been permanently disconnected effective 28/06/2012 due to non usage.

We regret to inform you that we are unable process your request by reactivating the same number for you from our end.

However, you may avail the same number at Airtel Relationship Center (ARC), based on the number availability or purchase a new connection. Fancy number charges are applicable as per the process.

Hence, we request you to walk-in to any of the nearest Airtel Relationship Centers with the below mentioned documents to purchase new connection:...

My Brother was in Kanpur and left India on 5th September. His airtel number 0********09 is STILL ACTIVE AFTER 10 MONTHS OF NON USAGE (SIM WAS NOT EVEN IN ANY MOBILE PHONE AND WAS LYING WITH ME IN MY WALLET).

Is AIRTEL POLICY IS DIFFERENT IS DIFFERENT LOCATION?

Complainant's Goal: I want my Number back or reactivation without any fancy number charges.
