No Value for Words is the best suited statement for moradabad\'s samsung service center employees.

My samsung full touch screen mobile was purchased on 28-06-2009 was under gaurantee period, had a problem touch not working was submitted on 27th -04-10 at Samsung customer service center Moradabad.

I inquired about it thrice by visiting there and I was told today (11-05-10) that still your phone is not ready as the necessary part has not come from the co.

I asked him that why you people tells a lie always, I am not a fool that I will keep coming over and over again, why you don\'t tell me a specific date when I should come and collect my phone?

After complaining this one guy with mustaches (just one person in mustache was there) says-\" without an appointment nobody can speak to me anything... I am the owner of this center, I have invested Rs. 25 - 30 lacs here and I will not going to listen anything\".

After this I was made to wait for 15-20 mins and I got my handset back with complete formatting which I didn\'t asked to do. I am disappointed that all my works and savings are being erased off without any prior information to me. Such a disguisting affair this is because Samsung India has employed people who have money only and not the ethics.

I would like to make sure one thing that no customers will get along with these unfriendly words he uses.

Atlast ruining the name of the company. Samsung India must see whom are they employing in their offices or service centers...atleast the people who are educated, have the ability to convey the very truth ,who are honest and not the people who only have have money to feel proud of.

A quick action regarding their rude behaviour will be highly appreciated. Else Samsung will loose few more customers.
