I booked for today's (15Jan2013) Life of Pi movie (1.10 PM)through our website. By 9.15 AM today my icici amount been transferred, But Citruspay.com site was showing dont refresh button page till 10.30 AM, then I got page expired screen.
Pls confirm our ticket details. I herewith attached the payment success copy for your reference.
From 9.20AM to till now (nearly 2 Hrs) I am trying our 3 Support numbers (********81/04427472860,65). Was getting Busy/Ring tone, but no one picked the call
What happened to our ticket/money. Pls help

Citrus (service provider, the broaker between us & Mayajaal said that Money is paid to Mayaajaal,
But as the name meant, Our Money is gone and is Mayaajaal only.

I tried to book 4 tickets for Singam 2 on 12-jul my card was charged but tickets were not booked, there was an error message! I called support line to inform this. They said i'll get that refund back. no response/refund still

Hello team,
I have made the payment of rs. 500 to bowling alley on August 6th but the payment got stuck and it went to "processing stage" Where the money got credited to bowling alley(mayajaal entertainment) on the same day at 5.50pm.
But i was in urgency and had to leave and the payment was successfully credited to them. But i have not used any games there.
Kindly reimburse the amount to my original payment method or revert to me via above email address.
