Amounts were transferred from my account at sbi Sibsagar without my knowledge.This should be immediately stopped and the concerned party should refund my amount that were already debited.

Complainant's Goal: to get refund the amounts already debited from my account without my knowledge

I too face similar problem. M/S Online Recharge services Gurgaoun has debited some amount from my HDFC credit card last month. I am not even getting the deatils from HDFC as for what this amount was ddeducted / debited so that i can verify my transactions. Still i am fighting.
