I had taken admission in MBA for the year 2012-2014 at Fostiima. After getting selected for the admission I paid an admission fee of RS15000 to the college. But due to loan issues I was unable to go for the MBA from this college which was clearly informed to them by official mails from my end long before starting the course. I wanted back my rs 15000 as they told me it was refundable if I want to pull out my admission and also no where in the brochure it was mentioned that the admission fee is non refundable.But when I approached them for the money several times either by telephone or by mails, they started avoiding me by not responding. I spoke to the Dean of the college but it was of no use.
I want my money back as I am going through some difficult situation.

my name is priya sharma, i had taken admission in fostiima business school dwarka..and now because of personal reasons i want to withdraw and take admission in my home state punjab..and i wrote to fostimma for withdrawl 1 n half month before..they were to that there is pandemic,offices r closed ,we cannot do now ..but now offices r opened still they r not saying anything nor calls..
sir i request u to kindly help me as i have to take admission in other institute and i need money for dat ..n it is 70000 ....aicte has norm to refund fees within 7 days..n i was cooperating since day 1
