I got a call from Cv naukri from no. +********5900 on 25th Nov, 2013. The representative told me about the scheme of Rs. 600 that contains cover letter, resume writing and interview opportunity in pharma companies. On 25th Nov,2013 one of the representative create my account id i.e Avik00011 and started the payment process. I paid Rs.600 successfully through credit card. After that he told me that for verification I had to choose 25% off scheme of professional with 5 years of experience and continue to pay. I told him that i will not pay this amount. He told me that without this the process will not be completed . He gave me a code and told me that not a single money will be debited due to this code. I put the code in redeem section but at the end of the process the amount of Rs.14054 has been debited. I told them to refund the money and gave them bank account details. They told that it will take a week. I called them repeatedly after a week and they told me they will refund the money on 25th Dec, 2013. After 25th when I called them they have their answer ready that it will take some time. On 13th Jan,2014 they told me that the money is paid through ICICI gateway and from there I will get the amount of Rs.14054. It will take 45 days. I dont know how a transaction needs 45 days and if they are actually refunding my money or not. Please help me to get my money back.
