Neelima Constructions - Money not refunded by Builder since 1.5 years

We had booked flat at Neelima Constructions located near talkie town, Miyapur by paying an initial amount of 5 Lakhs in July 2008 and the builder promised to give the possession by Jan 2009 but the construction never got completed till date. Hence we decided to cancel the booking of the flat last Feb 2009.

The builder was supposed to return the amount of 5 Lakhs but till date we have no received any amount till date. We have been calling up the builder and there has been no response since last 1.5 years.

Request your kind help in getting back the amount at the earliest.

There is no email Id or website URL for these constructions. I can provide you the residential address of the builder/land lord mentioned in the sale deed. Will that suffice? Please advice.
