I want to thank first of all to the this beautiful very useful site who have provided such a nice platform for troubled customers who donot get justice and are not being listened by authorities.
In Nov. 22, 2010 I paid a bill of Rs 1800 for my tatasky account 1034560464 using hdfc debit card. However I was billed 4 times and an amount of Rs 7,200 was deducted from my account. When I complained about this multple billing to HDFC debit card unit, after lengthy procedure they werele able to get back Rs 5,400 in multple steps.To my surprise on May 5 reported an unwanted reversal back payment of Rs 1800 to debit card agency which didnot came into my hdfc bank account. My tatasky account immediately went into negative and services were deactivated.I recharged my account using vaucher card and then my tataky services was resumed. However on July 27 an amount of 1800 were also deducted from my tatasky account. which again went into negative and services deactivated.
I complained this to hdfc bank official. They replied that this should be resolved by tatasky and they cant do anything into this matter.Then I complained to tatsky.Howevre there is no satisfactory reply from tatasky. I really wonder how they can pay back Rs 3600(in two separate occasions) for a payment of Rs 1800 they recieved.
