TechProcess Solutions - Money debited from bank account but ticket not booked

Hi,
I tried booking the ticket online on 20th march 2010 in the site mayajaal.com, it uses Tech process solution as a third party to book the ticket thru netbanking gateway. I used my HDFC bank netbanking to book. Money was debited and the ticket is not booked in mayajaal. In frequent emails and reminders I didn\'t get proper response from mayajaal. They said money will be credited in another 5 days. Still I didn\'t receive any money. I saw similar complaints posted in http://www.consumercomplaints.in/?search=mayajaal by various people.

i was paid my electricity bill on 21/01/2023 amount 1593.78 Rs but its not credited on the bill so please re found that amount on same bank
