Dear Sir, I have purchased a mobile phone through QS hot deals,one month back. till then it is not getting switched on what shall I do with this product .Ihave their mobile number 0********17, which is switched off.I have no contact address.Can u help me.Either my phone to be serviced or the money may be refunded
