Respected sir,

I have lost my mobile on 23rd April'19 while travelling from thrissur to bangalore at kochuveli-bangalore express and wanted to block the phone number, ********54. I realized that i lost my phone while i got down at white field railway station. The service provider tata docomo showrooms are shut down and their toll free number 1860-266-5555 is not responsive. i have sent a request through the email address listen@tatadocomo.com recived from google. i am awaiting for their response.

the main purpose of this complaint is that i dont want to being responsible for misuse this number for any purpose. i am trying to block this number and get it port out to another service provider. i am trying to find out a tata docomo showroom in bangalore , so that i can request for a duplicate sim and then port out to other service provider. I may need a couple of days to do that.

please let me know if i need to take any other action from my end.
