I am not able to log in my account on mobikwik.The error message shows that account is disabled and my wallet balance is 100 rs.So please reset my account.
My account has been disabled I don't know for what reasons. I have submitted all the documents as was told by the executives. They asked me to wait for 48 hrs max by then I will recieve a revert back. I haven't been provided any response. I have medical emergencies and my whole funds are lying in this wallet.it is very unfortunate that despite several requests my account hasn't been enabled yet.
