SUBJECT: CLAIM FOR MISSING LUGGAGE
Dear Sir/Madam
It is requested that we traveled by Gulf Air for Umrah. During this trip our luggages were missed some where during the travel in plane. However these were sole responsibility of the airline as it was handed over to the staff after weighing on the airport. We have approached to our travel agent ,Karvan e Mustafa International, Karachi .They tried at their own but failed to get the claim. Now,the travl aget has asked us to write you down for such luggage claim.
